We do not sell your personal information
RockiesOS does not sell personal information for money, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it.
- Access a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is required to stop those activities. To make an access, correction, or deletion request, or to confirm your opt-out status, email support@rockiesos.com with the subject "Privacy Request", or call +1-647-819-3399. We will verify your request before acting on it.
Global Privacy Control
Where required, we treat a recognized browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
