Is there a setup fee?
A one-time $99 setup fee covers provisioning your hotel system, custom-domain SSL, and onboarding. No monthly fee until you activate.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Every plan includes one custom domain for the public hotel website and three portal subdomains (vendors, corporate, staff). Self-serve setup, automatic SSL.
What happens after the 14-day window?
Your subscription continues at the rate you signed up at. Cancel within 14 days for a full refund — after that, cancel future renewals anytime, no penalty.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is fully isolated — never shared with any other customer. Daily database backups are included on every plan, with on-demand backups and full data exports available anytime.
What if I need more storage?
Contact support and we'll quote an overage rate or move you to a higher tier. Most hotels stay well under their plan's limit — the 5 GB Starter cap covers roughly three years of typical bookings, guest documents, and room photos.
